Important Information Forklift assessment required for consideration Cold storage environment: approximately 35°F Opportunity for overtime What You'll Do Operate stand-up forklifts and dock loaders safely and efficiently Load and unload trailers while verifying shipment accuracy Perform inventory checks and ensure system entries are accurate Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment Follow warehouse and food safety procedures at all times Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals What We're Looking For At least 2 years of stand-up forklift and/or dock loader experience Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Comfortable working in freezer and cooler environments ranging from 32°F to -20°F Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team Safety-focused mindset and commitment to workplace standards Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to develop new skills Why Join Us? Pay Details:
