Forklift Operator Location:
Flower Mound, TX Pay:
$17.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our client's team in Flower Mound, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a forklift and a solid understanding of warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and inventory control. This position plays a key role in supporting the daily flow of materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining accuracy, organization, and a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse Load, unload, stage, and transport products efficiently Coordinate inbound and outbound freight to support daily warehouse operations Communicate with carriers and provide loading instructions for shipments Weigh products using scales during the packing process Maintain accurate inventory records and daily activity logs Receive, distribute, and organize inventory for internal departments Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries with outside carriers Transport materials between assembly, production, and shipping areas Complete daily paperwork related to work orders, shipping, and inventory control Process inventory adjustments within the warehouse management system Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and warehouse area Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures Qualifications Previous experience operating either sit-down or stand-up forklifts Experience in a warehouse, shipping, or distribution environment Working knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Good communication and teamwork skills Commitment to workplace safety and quality Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate forklifts throughout the shift Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Ability to safely perform repetitive material handling tasks Why Join the Team?
