- Friday some Saturdays 2nd shift-2:30 pm
- 11 pm
- $19 per hour
Duties:
Operate forklifts to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse. Perform order-picking tasks accurately and efficiently to fulfill customer orders. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards. Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring that materials are handled safely to prevent damage. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Familiarity with materials handling processes and equipment operation. Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to forklift operation and warehouse safety practices. Ability to operate various types of forklifts, including propane. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid forklift operator certification is preferred but not required; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
