This is a hands-on warehouse and operations role. You'll help keep shipments and materials moving safely and efficiently by operating forklifts, tracking shipments, handling delivery issues, and working closely with your team. Must-Have Qualifications Current Forklift Certification Hands-on experience operating a Stand-Up Reach Truck Experience operating a Cherry Picker / Order Picker Experience operating a Sit-Down Forklift Strong commitment to workplace safety Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment What You'll Do Operate stand-up reach trucks, cherry pickers/order pickers, and sit-down forklifts. Safely load, unload, move, and store materials and shipments. Track shipments and provide accurate status updates. Monitor shipments for delays, routing issues, or other problems. Follow up on shipments and help resolve issues. Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams. Use computer systems to update shipment information and document activity. Provide proof of delivery and other shipment information when requested. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Review shipping costs and charges for accuracy. Assist with carrier claims when needed. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines. Work closely with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Schedule & Training Regular Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-12:30

AM Important:

Candidates must be able to work the first-shift training schedule before transitioning to the regular 3:30 PM-12:30 AM schedule. Weekend overtime may be required based on business needs.
