Full Job Description Shift Needs:

Forklift Operator:

1 operator for 1st shift: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM Must also have flexibility to work: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Must be available to work 10-11-hour shifts

Position Summary Forklift Operator:

The Warehouse Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, stack, and organize products throughout the warehouse. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely shipments, and supporting overall warehouse operations while following all company safety procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Forklift Operator:

Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, and/or pallet jack equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers. Transport raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials throughout the facility. Stack, store, and retrieve pallets in designated warehouse locations. Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues immediately. Verify product quantities and inspect materials for damage. Accurately scan and document inventory movements using warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners. Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts. Keep warehouse aisles, loading docks, and work areas clean and organized. Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Work closely with shipping, receiving, production, and quality departments to meet daily operational goals. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Forklift Operator:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous forklift operating experience preferred. Forklift certification or the ability to become certified. Basic math and computer skills. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

Pay:

$15.00 per hour
