Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-Finish Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment in Garland, TX. This position is responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, store, retrieve, and stage palletized products while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting productivity standards. The ideal candidate will have previous reach truck experience, strong attention to detail, and experience working with RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Key Responsibilities Operate a reach truck to safely move, store, and retrieve palletized products within warehouse racking systems. Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the distribution center. Pick and replenish inventory using RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Accurately stage products for shipping and receiving. Maintain inventory accuracy while handling and moving products. Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety concerns. Assist with shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and inventory control as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures. Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet productivity and quality goals in a fast-paced 3PL environment. Position Requiremen ts Previous experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution center. An interview is required for this position. Valid forklift/reach truck certification or ability to become certified. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to work with whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain inventory accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while meeting productivity standards. Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed. Commitment to following all OSHA and company safety guidelines. High school diploma or GED preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Dress Code & PPE Must follow GMP guidelines. Steel-toe shoes are required. Orange safety vest and XL Pro badge are required. XL Pro provides required PPE except for steel-toe shoes. Must dress appropriately for a non-climate-controlled environment.
