In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks for inventory, load and unload shipments, and support overall warehouse distribution operations. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, materials handling, and equipment repair will ensure smooth, safe, and accurate order fulfillment.

• Candidates must have experience operating a stand-up forklift and a riding pallet jack
• Duties Safely operate stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse Pick orders and update inventory management systems in real-time Load and unload shipments efficiently Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance Assist with inventory management by organizing stock locations, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records within warehouse management systems Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipment contents against documentation and ensuring proper handling of materials during manual handling tasks Follow all safety standards in production environments, including proper manual handling techniques and heavy lifting procedures Requirements Proven experience operating the stand-up Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, inventory management, order picking, and warehouse distribution processes Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning for accuracy Physical ability to lift heavy objects regularly and perform manual handling tasks safely Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced setting Join our team as a Stand-Up/EPJ Operator if you're motivated by precision work, safety excellence, and contributing to a thriving operation.
