CHEMICAL BLENDER / FORKLIFT OPERATOR

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and move totes, pallets, drums, and other materials. Receive incoming materials and prepare outgoing shipments. Repackage chemical products into designated containers and apply the appropriate labels. Verify product information, quantities, weights, lot numbers, and labels for accuracy. Measure and weigh dry ingredients according to written formulas and batch sheets. Blend dry chemical products following established procedures. Maintain proper product identification and separation to prevent contamination or product mix-ups. Complete required blending, production, inventory, shipping, receiving, and labeling documentation. Inspect totes, containers, pallets, and packaging for leaks, damage, or other concerns. Clean blending equipment, containers, tools, and work areas. Follow all chemical-handling, safety, and personal protective equipment requirements. Report spills, damaged containers, labeling errors, product discrepancies, injuries, and unsafe conditions immediately. Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization. Perform additional warehouse, production, and material-handling duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Previous forklift operating experience required. Ability to safely load, unload, move, and stage chemical totes and other materials. Ability to read and follow written formulas, labels, batch sheets, safety procedures, and work instructions. Basic math skills with the ability to accurately measure, weigh, and verify quantities. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, chemical blending, production, or industrial experience preferred.
