Full-Time | Onsite Join a Growing Steel Manufacturing Team Adecco is hiring a Multidirectional Forklift Operator for a leading steel fabrication company in Rhome, TX. This role is ideal for an experienced forklift operator who is comfortable handling long, oversized steel materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating multidirectional, side-loader, or 4-directional forklifts and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities Safely operate multidirectional and side-loader forklifts to move steel products and fabricated materials Transport long and oversized loads through narrow aisles and tight spaces Load, unload, stage, and organize materials for production and shipping Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns Assist with inventory control, order picking, and material tracking Utilize barcode scanners and inventory systems to maintain accurate records Follow OSHA regulations and established safety procedures Work closely with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to support material flow Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of experience operating multidirectional, side-loader, or 4-directional forklifts Forklift certification required Experience handling long steel, beams, pipe, lumber, or other oversized materials preferred Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, physical, hearing test, and vision test Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team Benefits Weekly pay with direct deposit Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO Paid training Referral bonus opportunities Performance bonus potential Long-term career opportunity with a stable and growing employer Why Apply?
