Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Clamp Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will operate clamp trucks and other material handling equipment to efficiently load, unload, and organize products within our distribution center.

Weekend Shift:

Sat; Mon 5am-5pm 1st

Shift:

Tue-Fri; 5am-3pm Duties Safely operate clamp trucks, reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, Hi-Lo lifts, and other material handling equipment to move heavy loads and organize inventory. Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring products are handled with care and according to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS), including barcode scanning for logistics accuracy. Assist with order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by properly stacking pallets, materials handling, manual handling, and heavy lifting as needed. Follow OSHA standards, warehouse safety protocols, and company policies to promote a safe working environment for all team members. Experience Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as clamp trucks, reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts (including lift trucks), and pallet jacks. Prior warehouse management system (WMS) experience preferred; familiarity with barcode scanning for logistics is a plus. Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes including shipping & receiving, order picking, load & unload procedures. Understanding of OSHA regulations and forklift safety protocols essential for maintaining a safe workspace. Experience in inventory management and materials handling within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse operations management is advantageous but not required. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and measurements; strong manual handling skills required for heavy lifting tasks. #
