FORKLIFT OPERATOR
Monday- Friday, Saturday's as needed 7:00 am

JOB SUMMARY
The Forklift Operator will operate an industrial forklift truck to move product around the production facility and on and off trucks.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Identifies and transports requested materials to and from various locations Obtains orders and then identifies, verifies, and transports requested materials accordingly Applies understanding of machine loading capacity and basic order of operations Uses protective materials and strapping equipment to protect and secure product Reports any problems with materials or equipment to manager/supervisor Manages and stacks materials in designated stock locations throughout the manufacturing process Inspects equipment daily and reports any mechanical or operational defects to their manager/ supervisor Performs other related duties as requestedJOB REQUIREMENTS
High School/GED diploma preferred Pass forklift driving training program or demonstrate safe handling of forklift in an on-site test Must be able to move and lift up to 50-pounds.Job Type:
