Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM Position Overview We are seeking experienced Bilingual Forklift Operators to safely move, load, unload, and stage materials throughout a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. Candidates must have previous forklift experience and be committed to following all safety, quality, and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage raw materials, finished products, pallets, and packaging materials. Transport materials throughout warehouse and production areas while following established safety procedures. Load and unload trailers and verify materials against shipping and receiving documents. Perform product put-away, pallet movement, replenishment, and staging. Assist with inventory counts and ensure products are stored in the correct locations. Inspect pallets, products, and forklift equipment for damage or safety concerns. Maintain accurate paperwork, labels, and inventory records. Follow company quality, food safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards. Maintain clean and organized warehouse and production areas. Communicate with warehouse, production, shipping, and receiving teams to maintain an efficient workflow. Requirements Must be bilingual. Previous forklift operating experience required. Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred. Sit-down forklift experience preferred. Valid forklift certification or ability to become certified. Ability to safely lift and move materials as required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods. Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, labels, and shipping/receiving documents. Basic math skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to accurately identify products, quantities, pallet information, and storage locations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper equipment operation. Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic. Must follow all PPE, sanitation, and company safety requirements. High school diploma or GED preferred.
