Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as General Warehouse Staff, including Shipping Clerks, Quality Control (QC) Inspectors, and Forklift Drivers. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient warehouse operations, ensure product quality, and maintain safety standards. You will play a vital part in managing inventory, conducting quality inspections, and operating equipment to support our manufacturing and distribution processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to excellence, this position is perfect for you! Duties Prepare and process shipments by accurately picking, packing, and labeling products according to order specifications. Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as height gauges, calipers, and vision inspection systems to ensure products meet strict quality standards including
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, GMP, and FDA regulations. Perform dimensional measurements and interpret mechanical blueprints to verify product specifications and compliance with regulatory standards. Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the warehouse, ensuring proper stacking and storage while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, quality audits, inspection results, and data collection for continuous improvement purposes. Assist in conducting quality audits using analysis skills and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles to uphold quality assurance within manufacturing processes. Collaborate with team members to coordinate measuring machine calibrations and ensure measurement accuracy across production lines. Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments with a focus on quality control or inspection is highly preferred. Familiarity with quality assurance systems such as
HACCP, CGMP, ISO
standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485), and regulatory compliance requirements like FDA regulations is advantageous. Hands-on experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment with valid certification is required. Knowledge of mechanical blueprint interpretation, dimensional measurements, vision inspection systems, and precision measurement instruments is essential. Strong understanding of quality management principles including QA/QC procedures, data collection techniques, and conducting quality audits. Basic math skills necessary for measurement calculations and interpretation of production documents. Mechanical knowledge combined with analysis skills will enable you to identify deviations from quality standards effectively. Join us in a role where your attention to detail and commitment to safety will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products efficiently!
