Friday Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, transport, and store materials, components, and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks. Receive and verify shipments against purchase orders, inspecting for damage or discrepancies; report and decline if necessary. Accurately document and log incoming and outgoing shipments, including generating shipping documents such as BOLs, packing slips, and labels. Prepare outbound shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and staging items for delivery or transport. Use inventory management systems, ERP software, or handheld scanners to maintain accurate inventory levels. Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and receiving area in accordance with company policies and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues or discrepancies. Perform basic computer tasks including email correspondence, record keeping, order entry, and form filing. Lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally work in bent, kneeling, or squatting positions; ability to stand/sit for long periods.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Forklift experience required; certification preferred or ability to become certified. Proficiency with

WMS, ERP
