• 12 hrs Monday throught saturday Inventory We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and clamp trucks, to efficiently manage inventory and support warehouse distribution operations. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth shipping and receiving processes, accurate order picking, and adherence to safety standards. Duties Operate forklift trucks, reach trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and barcode scanning equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse. Safely handle heavy materials and perform manual lifting tasks following OSHA safety protocols and warehouse safety standards. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring accurate stock levels through barcode scanning for logistics and inventory management. Pick and prepare orders with precision for shipping or internal use, utilizing order picker equipment as needed. Assist in shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments for delivery. Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety standards in production and warehouse operations. Support warehouse management with stock rotation, cycle counts, and inventory audits to optimize warehouse distribution efficiency. Follow all OSHA guidelines and warehouse safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or injuries during heavy equipment operation or manual handling tasks. Experience Proven experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts (including lift trucks), reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo forklifts in a warehouse setting. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology used in logistics operations. Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking processes, and inventory management practices. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments including OSHA regulations related to heavy equipment operation and manual handling. Previous experience in warehouse distribution or logistics roles is highly desirable. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Demonstrated ability to lift heavy loads safely while maintaining proper manual handling techniques. Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse management system administration is a plus but not required.
