Onsite Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Clerk to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and material-handling operations. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, be comfortable operating material-handling equipment, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Important Note MUST be able to operate a sit-down forklift and standing reach truck. MUST be warehouse-ready. This is NOT an office job. Warehouse does NOT have A/C. Candidates must be comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment. This position requires regular standing, walking, lifting, moving materials, and performing hands-on warehouse duties throughout the workday. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and shipments from suppliers and manufacturing operations. Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments. Operate sit-down forklifts, standing reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely. Organize, store, and maintain warehouse inventory. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and secure. Perform inventory transactions using ERP and company systems. Prepare shipping and receiving documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping instructions. Use third-party shipping systems such as FedEx, UPS, and T&T. Maintain accurate records of goods shipped and received. Prepare shipping and receiving reports for management. Coordinate material requirements with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, and Shipping teams. Troubleshoot day-to-day warehouse, material, and logistics issues. Package, lift, move, and store materials as needed. Qualifications 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or materials-handling experience. Hands-on experience operating a sit-down forklift and standing reach truck . Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, MAX, or similar . Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment .
