Were looking for a reliable, safety-focused Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. If you take pride in efficiency, enjoy staying active, and want to play a key role in keeping production running smoothly, this is the opportunity for you! In this hands-on role, youll be responsible for moving raw materials and finished goods with precision to support our manufacturing and fulfillment operations.

What Youll Do:

Accurately pull raw materials for specific production batch requests and pre-stage them for seamless operations Safely transport, locate, stack, and count merchandise using stand-up/reach forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and pallet jacks Load and unload trucks, containers, and conveyors Perform receiving, packing, shipping, and general warehousing duties Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe while following all GMP, safety protocols, and company standards

What Were Looking For:

Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred Ability to safely operate stand-up/reach or sit-down forklifts (certification a plus on-site training available!) Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Ability to read and follow batch requests, labels, and written instructions Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and operate equipment throughout the shift Commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands:

Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfort working in a warehouse environment (possible exposure to cooler/freezer areas)
