DIS - Workforce Center of Excellence Requisition #: req14035 Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Schedule can include evening and/or weekends. Job Summary and Description Position responsible for teaching Continuing Education classes. Continuing Education Instructors are hired in a part-time capacity contingent upon the needs of the department. Classes are offered during daytime, evenings, and weekends as well as some College holidays. Classes are offered at various times and locations during the academic year.

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Three (3) years of hands-on forklift operating experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Knowledge of warehouse operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in internet use and Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

Valid Forklift Operator Certification and authorized trainer credentials from an accredited safey organization or OSHA-approved program. Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen EEO Statement
