What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

Production Staging:

Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to supply raw materials directly to active production lines.

Material Handling:

Efficiently move, stage, stack, and organize finished inventory and raw goods across the warehouse floor.

Shipping & Receiving:

Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing freight trailers and shipping containers.

Safety & Inspections:

Conduct daily pre-shift equipment safety checks and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work zone. What We Look For (Requirements):

Proven Forklift Experience:

Minimum of 1+ years of direct, hands-on forklift operation in a manufacturing or distribution setting.

Shift Schedule Commitment:

Comfortable working a full 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM shift (

Note:

Day one orientation/training runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Safety Mindset:

Excellent spatial awareness, strict compliance with facility speed/safety rules, and proper load-securing practices.
