September 8, 2026 We are seeking 2 experienced Heavy-Duty Forklift Operators to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This position requires significant experience operating large-capacity forklifts and safely moving 20-40 foot lengths of pipe in a busy industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating 25,000+ lb. capacity forklifts and be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in hot and dusty conditions. Responsibilities Operate heavy-duty forklifts with a capacity of 25,000+ lbs. Safely load, unload, transport, and stage 20-40 foot pipes . Move large and heavy materials throughout the facility and yard. Operate forklifts safely in both indoor and outdoor environments. Use tablets for inventory, material tracking, and/or work-related documentation. Follow all safety procedures and facility guidelines. Perform daily equipment inspections. Maintain an organized and safe work area. Assist with general material handling and warehouse duties as needed. Work mandatory overtime as required.

Qualifications Required:

Heavy-duty forklift experience with 25,000+ lb. capacity equipment. Previous experience moving 20-40 foot pipes is required. Strong understanding of safe forklift operation and material handling. Experience using tablets for work-related tasks is required. Ability to work safely in a hot, dusty industrial environment. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors. Reliable attendance and strong work history are very important. No specific certifications or state licenses are required.

Temp-to-Hire after approximately 520 hours Physical & Working Conditions Work will take place both inside and outside . Position involves operating forklifts in hot and dusty conditions . Employees will be moving and handling 20-40 foot pipes . Must be comfortable working around large materials and heavy equipment. Physical demands may include extended periods of standing, walking, climbing on/off equipment, and material-handling activities. PPE Requirements Steel-toe boots are preferred for the interview, but full PPE is not required to attend the initial interview . Once an offer is made, employees will be required to have: Steel-toe boots Safety vest Hard hat Safety glasses Gloves Candidates should be prepared for a potential facility tour or working interview.
