Forklift / Reach Truck Operator to safely move materials within our warehouse and manufacturing areas. This role requires attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and reach trucks to load/unload materials and transport goods safely. Process factory transfers and ensure materials are delivered to correct locations. Secure loads and prevent damage; monitor inventory and report discrepancies. Utilize PKMS and RF scanning systems for accurate tracking. Complete LTL and Will Call orders. Perform daily pre- and post-shift equipment inspections.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. Minimum 3 years of forklift experience; reach truck experience preferred. Ability to operate safely in a high-volume warehouse/manufacturing setting. Basic computer skills; WMS experience helpful. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.

Training & Certification:

Must complete in-house forklift and reach truck training (40 hours forklift + 16 hours reach truck).

$16.00 - $17.50 per hour
