Provo, UT | Full-Time | First Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Exact Staff is hiring a Forklift Driver for our client, a unique third-party logistics (3PL) company with an assertive, knowledgeable team of 3PL professionals dedicated to delivering the highest quality of goods, services, and customer support accurately, honestly, and punctually. This position will be responsible for loading and unloading freight from incoming trucks and placing them in designated areas. This is a steady, full-time opportunity with weekly pay in a fast-paced, continually growing environment. This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Monitor and maintain inventory Organize and secure materials, such as boxes, bales, pallets, and super stacks in a safe manner Pick orders from inventory using a pick sheet Shrink wrap pallets to prepare them for shipping Weigh products and/or loads and record weight Move hazardous materials Report any faulty equipment, damage to racks, or other potential safety hazards Attend certification refresher courses Maintain a clean work area Analyze production schedules to determine movement, deliveries, and material requirements Maintain equipment Consult and coordinate with manager, employees, other departments, and equipment manufacturers regarding loading and unloading operations Attend meetings with manager and coworkers Prepare, present, and/or approve bills of lading Check-in and approve new shipments Perform quality checks Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

At least 6-12 months of experience in a warehouse environment, with distribution or manufacturing experience required High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 20-50 lbs
