Full Job Description Job Description:

A&I Moving LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Loading Systems Operator to support our fast-paced logistics and moving operations. In this role, you will be responsible for operating loading systems, coordinating cargo movement, and ensuring that all goods are handled safely and efficiently throughout the loading and unloading process. You will play a key role in maintaining workflow accuracy, protecting customer property, and supporting timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate loading systems, conveyors, and warehouse equipment to move goods efficiently Load and unload trucks, containers, and moving vehicles with precision Inspect shipments before and after handling to ensure quality and accuracy Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transportation Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and dispatch teams Maintain accurate records of loaded and shipped items Follow all workplace safety standards and company procedures Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions Assist with warehouse organization and inventory control when needed Loading operators are essential in ensuring smooth material flow and safe handling of goods across logistics operations .

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or moving services preferred Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment (certification is a plus) Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items (50+ lbs) Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Basic knowledge of safety procedures and warehouse operations Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay:

$18.70 - $21.00 per hour
