Currently we are looking to add a full time Construction Laborer - Forklift Operator to our team. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered following qualification period Vacation accrued based on hours worked 401(k) with match offered after qualification period Washington State Paid Sick Leave 10 paid holidays per year Reimbursement for travel up to $500 / month Opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement into construction management roles based on performance, experience, and company needs Job Duties General construction labor and jobsite support Basic rough and finish carpentry under direction, including simple framing, blocking, trim, caulking, and similar tasks Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors regarding day-to-day jobsite activities as directed by the Superintendent Removal and disposal of scrap construction materials Sweeping, cleaning, and general jobsite cleanup Moving materials and equipment Loading, unloading, and moving materials using a forklift Organizing materials and maintaining a clean and orderly jobsite Assisting superintendents and subcontractors with miscellaneous construction tasks as needed Job Requirements Ability to safely operate a forklift Basic familiarity with hand and power tools Ability to perform basic construction and carpentry tasks as directed Ability and willingness to travel to project sites throughout the greater Seattle area and Kitsap County Must be able to stand and remain active for extended periods Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs. Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule Available Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
