We take pride in providing consistent, detailed, high-quality service to our clients, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work too. We are especially interested in finding someone who wants to grow with our company long-term , take on greater responsibility over time, and potentially move into a leadership position as we continue expanding. Position Details Approximately 20-30 hours per week , with the opportunity for additional/full-time hours as the company grows Workdays generally fall between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM Schedule and end times may vary depending on the homes scheduled each day Team meets at our designated start location each morning Company vehicle provided for transportation between clients' homes Residential cleaning throughout our local service area This is a team-based position — our cleaners work together rather than being sent out independently Pay & Benefits $21

• 23/hour , depending on experience $200 monthly performance bonus for meeting attendance and client-service standards Paid sick time/

PTO:

Minimum Requirements 6 months-1 year minimum professional residential house-cleaning experience Valid driver's license and ability/comfort driving a company vehicle Reliable transportation to and from our daily meeting location Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning work for several hours at a time, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, vacuuming, and mopping Comfortable working around pets and in a variety of residential environments Able to follow instructions, checklists, and established cleaning procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain our quality standards Professional and respectful when working inside clients' homes Who We're Looking For Experience is important, but attitude, character, and reliability are equally important to us.
