$21.60 -23.50 an hourJob SummaryThe Forklift Driveris responsible forefficiently managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods using forklifts. This role supports the organization's goals by ensuringaccurateinventory management andmaintaininga clean and safe work environment.

Essential Job FunctionsReceive and verify finished goods against purchase orders and work orders.

Transport finished goods to storage areas and organize them inappropriate locationsusing forklifts.

Pick finished goods from designated locations and complete transactions on thecomputerRF Scanneror pick sheet.

Build and mark pallets for efficient delivery.

Conduct periodic inventory counts andassistwith cycle counting.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work environment.

Performadditionalduties as assigned.

Activelyparticipatein and promoteasafety culture by following safe work practices and adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

Report incidents,accidentsandanyunsafe conditions.

Supply materials toDenesters, Packers, and PalletizersInventory materials into warehouseOther duties as assigned.

Required QualificationsHigh school diploma,GED, orequivalentexperience.0-2 years of generalworkexperienceMust be at least 18 years of ageMust pass a forklift driving test.

Ability to read, understand, and speak simple sentences andfollow directions and instructions.

Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing with two-digit numbers, and working with money, weight, volume, and distance.

Must be able to work overtime, weekends and/orholiday hours asrequiredbased on the production demandAbility to work in various climate conditions andlift upto 50 lbs.

Ability to use inventory management software and basic computer skills.

At least 3 years of experiencedrivingforkliftspreferably standup forklifts and pallet jacks.

Work EnvironmentThe Forklift Driver will work within a warehouse environment wheremaintaininga clean and safe workspace is essential. The position requires the ability tooperateforklifts and other equipment in a cold environment, with constant temperatures ranging from 30-45degrees Fahrenheit and occasional exposure to temperatures as low as zero degrees. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to work independently, followingobjectiveswith minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
