Allegiance Staffing is hiring Clamp Forklift Operators for full-time warehouse opportunities. Clamp forklift experience is required , while experience operating reach, cherry, or stand-up/sit-down forklifts is a plus. What You'll Do Operate a clamp forklift to safely move, load, unload, and stage products Transport and stack materials throughout the warehouse Load and unload trailers and inbound shipments Move products to designated storage and staging areas Perform picking and other warehouse duties as needed Inspect equipment before operating and report any safety concerns or equipment issues Use RF scanning equipment to maintain inventory accuracy Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating guidelines Assist with inventory counts and maintain a clean, organized work area Work efficiently to meet daily productivity and customer service standards What We're Looking For At least 1 year of forklift operating experience Clamp forklift experience required Reach truck, cherry, and stand-up/sit-down forklift experience is a plus Ability to safely lift and/or pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including up to 10-12 hours Comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Basic math and computer skills Ability to follow instructions and warehouse procedures Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Flexibility to work varying schedules depending on assignment needs What We Offer $19.50-$21.00/hour - pay may vary by assignment Full-time opportunities Weekly pay Various shifts and schedules depending on assignment Overtime opportunities may be available Potential for long-term employment Virtual healthcare benefits Opportunity to build your warehouse and equipment-operating experience Ready to put your clamp forklift skills to work?
