Hours:

6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday. Must be flexible working overtime as needed.

Appleton Requirements:

Bilingual in English & Spanish Previous food warehouse experience a plus Forklift certified (or ability to obtain) Comfortable in using a computer Must be organized, detail oriented and self-starter Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors

Responsibilities:

Operate forklift and perform daily inspections and report mechanical or safety issues. Load and unload shipments, verifying bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping documentation. Tag, stage, and store materials in designated locations. Coordinate with production to support material movement, staging, and product flow. Ensure product rotation procedures are consistently followed. Ensure raw materials, packaging, and finished goods are accurately staged, tracked, and transferred between warehouse and production areas. Maintain audit and inspection sheets. Complete required paperwork, including BOLs, cleaning, disposal and temperature logs. Perform a full inventory, including labeling, tagging, documentation, and verifying product movement. Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies, including those that may impact food safety. Support other warehouse and dock operations as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary warehouse environment.
