Job Responsibilities Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the facility. Move raw materials, finished goods, pallets, and work-in-process inventory. Supply production lines and manufacturing departments with materials as needed. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and incoming shipments. Transport, stage, and store products in designated warehouse locations. Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and production departments. Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and material tracking activities. Utilize RF scanners, inventory systems, and production documentation. Pull and stage orders for shipment. Assist with kitting, palletizing, and general material handling duties. Follow OSHA regulations, forklift safety requirements, and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Previous experience operating sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts . Ability to safely move and transport loads weighing 1,000+ pounds. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy. Ability to read labels, part numbers, and inventory documentation. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work overtime as required. Preferred Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or production environments. Experience with shipping and receiving operations. Experience with inventory control, order picking, material movement, or production support. Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software.
