Forklift Operator

•2nd Shift Dairy Farmers of America tuition reimbursement, 401(k) United States, Wisconsin, Cedarburg W55N155 McKinley Boulevard (Show on map) Sep 14, 2026 Our Kemps Cedarburg plant has an immediate opening for a fast paced and motivated Gripper operator in our cooler. Grippers function similarly to forklifts in terms of operator positioning and controls, but instead of forks, they have pads on the sides to "grip" stacks of milk crates. We are seeking someone who can safely transport milk to various areas of our warehouse, following directions from the computer mounted on the equipment. This position requires precision, equipment handling skills, and a strong focus on safety. It takes an incredible team to deliver the goodness of dairy and enrich our communities

OUR OPERATORS FOR THIS POSITION
Earn:

$27.71 to start, $30.75 after 1 year.

SCHEDULE

2nd Shift

•4pm start, 10-12 hour shifts, rotating schedule, Monday-Saturday shifts, some Sunday work may be required

Work for dairy farm families Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal

Effective verbal and written communications skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks

Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary and manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 cases high

Must be able to work in a wet environment and work in an environment where temperature is maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit

Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays

May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals
