Job Description
Warehouse worker Are you a safety-conscious, detail-oriented material handler looking for your next career move? We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join our Deforest client's logistics team. In this role, you will keep the supply chain running smoothly by safely moving, loading, and managing inventory to meet growing customer demands. Position

- $17 to $22 Required Experience
- 6 months of forklift experience
Responsibilities Equipment Operation:
Safely operate Powered Industrial Equipment, including standard sit-down or stand-up forklifts, clamps, and picker equipment.
Material Handling:
Load, unload, stack, and transport products to designated warehouse areas for shipping and receiving operations.
Inventory & Systems:
Utilize handheld scanners, print labels, complete required paperwork, and update internal inventory management systems.
Quality & Compliance:
Execute cycle counts, maintain strict product rotation procedures, and ensure the facility remains inspection-ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer standards.
Safety & Maintenance:
Conduct daily pre-shift inspections per the safety checklist, report incidents immediately to supervisors, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Qualifications Basic computer literacy, strong attention to detail, and solid organizational skills. Minimum 6 months of prior stand-up forklift operating experience.
