Shift:
$19.00/hour 2nd and 3rd shift employees must complete one week of training on 1st shift. Overtime availability is required. Job Responsibilities Safely operate reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Pick, transport, stage, and replenish inventory throughout the facility. Load and unload trailers while maintaining product quality and inventory accuracy. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders. Perform order picking and material movement in warehouse racking systems. Verify product quantities, locations, and shipment information. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area. Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of recent experience operating a reach truck, stand-up forklift, or similar powered industrial vehicle (PIV) . Ability to safely operate material handling equipment in a warehouse or distribution environment. Experience using RF scanners and inventory tracking systems. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail, safety, and inventory accuracy. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Previous experience in a distribution center, fulfillment center, logistics operation, or high-volume warehouse. Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counting. Forklift certification or formal equipment training.
