$21.00+ per hour Looking for a role where you can put your warehouse and forklift skills to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment? We're hiring reliable Warehouse Associates - Forklift Operators to join our growing operation in DeForest, WI.

What You'll Do:

Load and unload trucks and containers Safely operate forklifts and other equipment to move products Stock, organize, and rotate inventory on racks, shelves, or bins Pick and assemble customer orders and prepare them for shipment Label, record, and maintain inventory accuracy Work in a refrigerated environment (0-35 degrees) while following food safety standards Support general warehouse operations and safety practices

What We're Looking For:

Previous warehouse and forklift experience (1-2 years preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and work on your feet Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Comfortable working in a cold environment Team player with good communication skills
