Special Service Partners, a premier manufacturer of tags and labels based in Neenah, WI, is looking for a motivated Material Handler to join our team! In this full-time role, you'll help keep production running smoothly by delivering materials to production areas, managing inventory, operating material-handling equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You'll work closely with Production, Scheduling, and Warehouse teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Pull, deliver, issue, and return raw materials and packaging materials to production areas Verify materials are properly identified and match production requirements Move rolls and other materials between the warehouse, production, and slitting areas Operate forklifts, hand jacks, up-enders, roll lifts, and other material-handling equipment safely Maintain accurate inventory through computer transactions, cycle counts, and physical inventories Keep material and packaging storage areas clean, organized, and properly stocked Consolidate inventory to maintain open storage locations Remove scrap and recyclable materials from production areas and process them according to company guidelines Process rejected or defective materials according to established procedures Assist with forklift battery charging, changing, and maintenance Assist with housekeeping and relocation of packaging skids as needed Pull and distribute stock samples when requested Communicate with Press Operators and other production employees regarding material needs Participate in safety inspections and follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements Cross-train in warehouse, receiving, shipping, slitting, and other related functions as needed What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience preferred Forklift experience preferred; OSHA certification/training will be provided Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 70 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move throughout the warehouse and production areas Basic computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Commitment to working safely and maintaining a clean, organized work environment Flexibility to work overtime or Saturdays when needed Perks & Benefits Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Health Benefits & 401(k) On-the-job OSHA forklift certification Stable manufacturing environment Opportunities to cross-train and learn multiple areas of the operation Apply today and be part of a team that keeps production moving!
