As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you'll be a key player in ensuring that our logistics run efficiently, productively, and-above all-safely. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for: Operating forklifts to move, stack, and organize medical equipment.

Picking and packing orders with accuracy and care.

Performing inventory checks and keeping the warehouse organized.

Working closely with the logistics team to improve shipping processes. Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: Forklift operation experience (preferred but not required-we'll train you!)

Familiarity with order picking and packing procedures

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand, walk, and bend for up to 8 hours

Basic tech skills with tablets, scanners, and monitors

A positive, team-player attitude and strong communication skills Training & Development

Use of order sheets and electronic systems Inventory Management Regular inventory counts and stock tracking

How to identify and resolve inventory issues Warehouse Layout & Organization Familiarity with warehouse zones and workflow

Best practices for maintaining an organized space Quality Assurance & Compliance Packaging and quality standards for medical equipment

Regulatory and policy compliance procedures You'll also be introduced to general workplace policies, emergency protocols, and ongoing training updates to stay current on equipment and safety procedures.
