$19.25/HR What You'll Be Doing Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and stage materials Sort, process, and organize donated goods while maintaining accurate inventory and production records Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and secure freight for transport Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Follow all safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and PPE requirements Complete required logs, reports, and documentation accurately Communicate equipment, supply, and operational needs to leadership Meet daily productivity, quality, and operational goals Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Previous forklift experience Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification Experience working with warehouse, production, or industrial equipment is a plus! Ability to operate forklift for extended periods throughout the workday Flexible schedule and willingness to work varying hours as needed Reliable transportation Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork, safety, and customer service
