Job Description

Quad is seeking a safety-focused Forklift Operator to support our technology-enabled production and distribution operations. In this role, you will safely operate sit down and stand up forklifts to move paper, print materials, and IT-related products within our facility, supporting just in time workflows for our marketing and software-enabled services. You will load and unload trailers, stage materials for automated equipment, scan and track inventory using warehouse systems, and perform daily equipment inspections. You'll collaborate with production, logistics and technology teams while following strict safety, quality and data accuracy standards. Responsibilities Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials and finished products Load and unload trailers, pallets and containers according to schedules Stage and supply materials to production lines and automated equipment Use scanners or WMS to track inventory movements and maintain accuracy Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs Follow all OSHA, facility safety and material handling procedures Support IT-enabled workflows by moving media and components on time Collaborate with production, logistics and technology teams to meet deadlines Required Skills Sit-down forklift operation Stand-up/Reach truck operation Warehouse Management System (WMS) or RF scanning Basic inventory control Loading and unloading trailers Palletizing and material staging Equipment inspection and basic troubleshooting OSHA and warehouse safety procedures Basic computer/data entry skills Reading work orders and shipping documents
