Job Description
Quad is seeking a Material Handler to support our fast-paced IT-enabled production and logistics environment. In this role you will receive, label, store and move materials to support print and digital marketing operations, ensuring accurate inventory and timely delivery to production lines. You'll operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, follow ERP system transactions, complete shipping/receiving documentation and maintain safe, organized warehouse areas. You will partner closely with operations and technology teams, follow standard work, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement, quality and efficiency gains. Responsibilities Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against documentation Label, store and stage materials to support production schedules Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or warehouse systems Pick, pack and prepare orders for internal and external shipment Complete shipping, receiving and transfer documentation Monitor material levels and communicate shortages or issues Keep warehouse and staging areas clean, safe and organized Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements and housekeeping standards Support continuous improvement, quality and efficiency initiatives Required Skills Forklift and pallet jack operation Warehouse operations Inventory control ERP or WMS data entry Shipping and receiving documentation Basic computer skills Material staging and kitting Safety and OSHA compliance RF scanner use Basic math and measurement
