Forklift Driver - Waukesha At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Driver to work with Milwaukee Talent Pool in Waukesha. This role is essential for maintaining efficient order fulfillment and high safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Shift patterns Monday to Friday 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Flexibility for overtime and weekends as required Pay rates 21.50 - 23.50 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Forklift Driver Previous warehouse experience Ability to obtain and maintain cherry picker certification Comfortable working at heights Ability to use RF scanners or learn warehouse systems Desirable requirements for Forklift Driver Basic math and reading skills Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliability and strong work ethic Teamwork and communication skills Role for Forklift Driver Operate a cherry picker to retrieve and store products at various rack heights Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or warehouse management systems Verify product numbers, quantities, and condition before staging orders Safely transport materials to designated packing or shipping areas Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety issues Benefits for Forklift Driver Opportunity to work in a professional and safety-focused environment Exposure to modern warehouse management systems Potential for professional growth within the logistics sector
