Job Description

We are hiring a Development Assistant to support fundraising, donor relations, and administrative functions for development initiatives. The Development Assistant will help maintain donor records, prepare fundraising materials, coordinate events, and support gift processing. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing confidential information.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain donor databases and gift recordsAssist with fundraising campaigns and outreachPrepare donor acknowledgments and correspondenceCoordinate development events and meetingsProcess donations and generate related reportsSupport leadership with administrative and project tasks
