We are looking for a relationship-focused Fundraising Officer to support donor outreach, annual giving efforts, and stewardship initiatives in Honolulu, Hawaii. Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day fundraising activities that support annual giving goals, donor engagement efforts, and overall revenue development.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, prospects, and community partners to encourage ongoing involvement and support.
• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, outreach initiatives, and events that increase participation and deepen donor commitment.
• Prepare donor communications and stewardship materials that reflect organizational priorities and strengthen constituent relationships.
• Review giving trends and donor information to identify opportunities, improve retention, and inform fundraising strategy.
• Partner with internal teams to align development efforts, coordinate project timelines, and support broader advancement objectives.
• Assist with development operations, including tracking campaign progress, organizing fundraising activities, and maintaining accurate records.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new giving opportunities and supporting initiatives that expand fundraising reach.
