- Work with Head of School and Board Fundraising Committee to develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy and timeline including long
- and short-term annual and planned giving components.
- Maintain relationships with a portfolio of 25-50 major donors, cultivating them toward meaningful support of the school.
- Arrange, prepare for, and host visiting donors and prospects.
- Create and execute alumni engagement strategy to promote involvement and eventual support of school
- Serve on school's administrative leadership team.
- Provide reports to Board and key constituencies.
- Create content and strategy for donor communication and relationship development.
- Plan and execute all development communications such as emails, newsletters, appeals, stewardship materials, and acknowledgement letters.
- Research new foundation and corporate giving prospects. Create and submit letters of inquiry and grant proposals, and the maintain data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and other grantee requirements.
- Actively participate in Keith School community. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with a demonstrated track record of progressively responsible fundraising experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
Pay:
$40,000.00- $55,000.
