  • 1,200 Full-time leadership opportunity Hands-on event management experience Advancement opportunities Community-focused, mission-driven work Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and organized Fundraising Manager to lead and execute fundraising events in the Indianapolis area.
This role is responsible for overseeing event planning, team coordination, donor engagement, and on-site execution to support nonprofit campaigns and community initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable leading a team, and experienced in fast-paced, public-facing environments. This is a leadership-focused position that combines event coordination, fundraising strategy, and team management. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage local charity fundraising events Lead and train event staff and volunteers Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup and breakdown Engage with community members and donors at live events Track fundraising goals and ensure event performance targets are met Maintain strong relationships with partners and community organizations Provide post-event reporting and performance analysis Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Previous experience in event management, fundraising, marketing, or leadership preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment Reliable transportation within the Birmingham area Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay ranging from $800
