Development Manager Description:
The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod seeks a dynamic, relationship driven Development Manager to help lead theanization's annual fundraising efforts, sponsorships, donor engagement initiatives, and fundraising events. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraising professional who enjoys building authentic relationships, connectingmunity members to mission driven work, and helping grow a vibrant artsanization with strong momentum and impact across the region. The Development Manager will work closely with the Director of Philanthropy and Executive Director to support and expand AFCC's fundraising andmunity engagement efforts. Primary Focus Areas Sponsorship Development & Community Partnerships Lead sponsor outreach, relationship management, and follow up Build relationships withmunity and business partners Grow sponsorship participation and retention Annual Fundraising & Donor Engagement Lead implementation of annual fundraising campaigns and appeals Support donor cultivation and stewardship efforts Draft and coordinate donor and fundraisingmunications Gala, Patron Events & Revenue Generating Initiatives Lead planning and execution of fundraising events and patron experiences Support donor and sponsor engagement around events create meaningful and weingmunity experiences Auctions & Fundraising Events Oversee coordination of live, silent, and online auctions Work with Creative Exchange Manager on artist outreach and auction related relationships Support fundraising event strategy and execution Fundraising Strategy & Collaboration Work collaboratively with leadership on fundraising priorities and opportunities strengthen donor engagement and fundraising growth Participate in development planning and revenue discussions
Qualifications:
4+ years nonprofit development, fundraising, sponsorship, or related experience Experience managing fundraising events and donor engagement Strong relationship building andmunication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Passion for arts, culture, andmunity engagement AFCC ismitted to creating a collaborative, flexible, and supportive work environment that values sustainability, creativity,munity connection, and work/life balance.
