BachelorsResponsibilities-Create and manage major fundraising strategies to drive significant organizational revenue while reporting directly to executive leadership.

• Build, cultivate, and steward a portfolio of high-net-worth individual and institutional prospects.
• Personally solicit and close major 5-7 figure gifts
• Manage donor pipeline
• researching new sources, performing initial outreach, meeting donors, and securing new funds
• Partner with Board members, volunteers, and executive leadership to expand the donor network.
• Oversee the strategic execution of signature annual fundraising events to achieve multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
• Meet with donors, sometimes onsite, as required to provide excellent service and experience
• Collaborate with marketing and communications to craft compelling impact narratives for donor stewardship.
• Supervise, mentor, and build a development team
• Oversee donor database integrity, activity tracking, pipeline movement, and revenue forecasting using standard CRM tools.
