• Full-time Overview The Fundraising & Development Leader is responsible for leading all fundraising and revenue-generating efforts for the Holistic Hearts Foundation.

This role designs and executes strategies to grow philanthropic support through donor relationships, grant funding, corporate partnerships, and fundraising events. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for nonprofit management, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in securing funding through various channels. Duties Fundraising Strategy & Execution Develop and implement annual fundraising plans to meet revenue goals Identify and grow multiple funding streams including individual donors, corporate sponsors, grants, and events Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies to improve fundraising outcomes Donor & Relationship Development Build, cultivate, and maintain relationships with individual donors, sponsors, and community partners Execute donor outreach strategies including meetings, follow-ups, and stewardship efforts Support donor retention and growth through consistent engagement and recognition Grant Writing & Management Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with the Foundation's mission Write, prepare, and submit grant proposals and applications Track grant deadlines, reporting requirements, and outcomes Fundraising Events & Community Engagement Plan and execute fundraising events that drive revenue and community awareness Secure event sponsorships, partnerships, and in-kind support Represent the Foundation at events and within the community to build visibility and support Marketing & Outreach Support Support development-related communications including donor messaging and campaign materials Assist in maintaining a consistent and engaging presence across digital platforms Help communicate impact stories to strengthen donor connection Tracking & Accountability Track fundraising activities, donor interactions, and revenue progress Maintain organized and accurate records of development efforts Provide updates on fundraising performance and opportunities as needed Performance Goals Submit a minimum of 10 grant applications annually with at least a 20% success rate Conduct 75-100 donor outreach and cultivation activities annually Generate $50,000

• 40,000 through fundraising events annually Increase donor engagement and retention year-over-year

Communication:

Frequent interaction with donors, board members, community partners, sponsors, and the public through meetings, calls, email, events, and written communications.

Work Setting:

This role offers a structured yet flexible work environment, with standard hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Flexibility is provided to accommodate donor meetings, networking, and fundraising events, including occasional evenings and weekends. Regular in-person engagement is required, including attending community events, meeting with donors, and representing the Foundation externally.
