Job Description
The Director of Development is responsible for leading, planning, and executing a comprehensive fundraising and revenue strategy to support the mission and long-term sustainability of Boys & Girls Club of Metro Queens. This role oversees all fundraising operations including major gifts, corporate partnerships, special events, annual and year-round campaigns, grants, RFP submissions, donor stewardship, and revenue tracking. The Director provides strategic oversight to the Resource Development Coordinator and ensures that fundraising initiatives are aligned with organizational goals, revenue targets, compliance requirements, and brand positioning.
