Job Description
Job Overview Reporting to the VIM Board of Directors, the Executive Director is the staff leader of VIM and responsible to ensure that VIM meets its non-profit mission to provide primary healthcare to the uninsured and underserved in Lebanon County. Works collaboratively with the Board to develop and execute operational and strategic objectives including annual plans, revenue generation, community outreach, and healthcare collaboration. As the face of the organization, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, staff, volunteers and community partners to advance our mission and expand our impact. Duties Leads fundraising activity including managing a personal portfolio of major donors, grantors and corporate sponsors ensuring VIM has the resources needed to meet its mission Ensures that process for fiscal management and donations are in place and executed that maximize resources and operate within the Board approved budget Cultivates key relationships with community partners and stakeholders Manages organizational budgets Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, organizational standards and policies Qualifications Three to five years of proven fundraising experience with major donors including Moves Management and relationship building One to three years of non-profit experience including work with volunteer boards Excellent oral communication skills Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner Proven problem solving abilities Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively Experience leading staff and volunteers Authorized to work in the
