Boys & Girls Clubs of King County (BGCKC) is seeking an Annual Giving Manager to build meaningful donor relationships and grow the annual giving program that fuels opportunities for thousands of youth. The Opportunity This role blends fundraising strategy with hands-on execution. You'll create compelling campaigns, strengthen donor stewardship, and help transform first-time supporters into lifelong champions. Lead annual giving strategy. Manage integrated fundraising campaigns. Strengthen donor stewardship and retention. Partner on donor communications. Use analytics to improve results. Help build the major gift pipeline. The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate enjoys building authentic relationships, thinking strategically, and using data to strengthen fundraising performance. 3-5+ years in nonprofit fundraising.
