Custom One Charities is seeking an inspiring, strategic, and mission-driven Executive Director to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the charity's operations, fundraising efforts, community partnerships, and program development while serving as the primary ambassador for our mission. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, skilled fundraiser, and passionate advocate for community impact. Experience in grant writing and grant management is highly desired, as expanding funding opportunities will be a key component of this role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Fundraising & Development, including grant writing and grant management

- Operations & Financial Oversight
- Program Development & Impact
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, community relations, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor development, sponsorship acquisition, and relationship management.
- Strong financial management and organizational leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for serving communities and creating meaningful impact.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven grant writing and grant management experience.
- Experience leading nonprofit events and fundraising campaigns.
- Knowledge of the Twin Cities philanthropic and nonprofit landscape.
- Experience working with boards of directors and volunteers.
- CFRE certification or other fundraising credentials are a plus.
